Set-up Service (4 hrs)

This basic package is perfect for the DIY couple who wants to setup their ceremony/reception, but will be busy getting ready for their special day!

This package includes: 

1. Complimentary one hour initial consultation.

2. Wedding Planning and Organization Templates. 

3. Unlimited email and telephone communications one week before the wedding.

4. Set-up or take-down service for ceremony and/or reception site (some exclusions may apply).

Day-of Wedding Coordinator (6 hrs)

STARTING AT $850

For those who enjoys planning a wedding, but not managing it. 

This package is perfect for the couple who has everything lined up and simply needs a trusted coordinator to setup their personal decor and meet their vendors at the venue. 

​

This package includes: 

1. Complimentary one hour initial consultation.

2. Wedding Planning and Organization Templates. 

3. Unlimited email and telephone communications one month before the wedding.

4. Set-up or take-down service for ceremony and/or reception site (some exclusions may apply).

5. One (1) face-to-face meeting to go over the details and logistics of your wedding

6. Creation of a detailed wedding day itinerary

7. On-site coordination and supervision of the ceremony and/or reception site(s) for up to 6 hours.   

8. Fully stocked emergency kit for any situation that may arise

Full Day-of Wedding
Coordinator (9 hrs)

STARTING AT $1200

Let Your Dream Events oversee the day so you, your friends and family can enjoy your perfectly planned wedding! We will take care of your ceremony and reception decor, manage vendors, as well as create and manage the entire day's timeline so your can truly enjoy every moment.

This package includes: 

1. Complimentary one hour initial consultation.

2. Wedding Planning and Organization Templates. 

3. Unlimited email and telephone communications three months before the wedding.

4. Set-up or take-down service for ceremony and/or reception site (some exclusions may apply).

5. Three (3) face-to-face meeting to go over the details and logistics of your wedding

6. Creation of a detailed wedding day itinerary

7. On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony and/or reception site(s) for up to 9 hours. 

8. Site visit prior to event

9. Fully stocked emergency kit for any situation that may arise.

Partial Planning
& Coordinator

STARTING AT $1750

For the couple who would rather enjoy their engagement than spend their time planning.   Trust Your Dream Events to take care of all the small, tedious details and arrangements so that our couples can focus on the important stuff.

This package includes: 

1. Complimentary one hour initial consultation.

2. Wedding Planning and Organization Templates. 

3. Unlimited email and telephone communications eight months before the wedding.

4. Set-up or take-down service for ceremony and/or reception site (some exclusions may apply).

5. Ongoing consultation from conception to completion of the bridal vision.

6. Creation of a detailed wedding day itinerary

7. On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony and/or reception site(s) for up to 12 hours. 

8. Site visit prior to event

9. Planning and on-site coordination of rehearsal dinner. 

10. Fully stocked emergency kit for any situation that may arise. ​
